European Technology Services, with regional and associate offices in the UK (Bournemouth), Western Australia (Perth), Canada (Ontario), France (Nice) and the Russian Federation (Moscow), is an independent consulting company. ETS was founded in 1992 and specialises in assisting manufacturers and suppliers to attain successful and timely market access of their high technology products and services.
ETS prides itself in maintaining total independence from all hardware and software suppliers. The consultancy advice we give is therefore objective and in the best interests of the client.
ETS' client base ranges from Telecommunications Equipment Manufacturers and Suppliers to Network Operators, Telecommunication Consultancy Companies to Regulatory Approvals Administrations.
The staff at ETS are directly involved in the development of European Standards and have held the position of an ETSI committee Chairmen. ETS' experience and in-depth knowledge of country specific requirements and approvals processes, assists many suppliers of telecommunications equipment (of varying technologies) to achieve market access in both emerging markets and major telecommunications centres globally.
ETS is a member and formerly held the Chairmanship of the Integrated Communications Manufacturers' Association for Telecommunications, ICMA-tel, which is made up of representatives of the 30+ member organisations. ICMA-tel meetings are held on the last Thursday of each month at various locations throughout the UK.
ETS is a founding member of the EuroPacketCable Forum, an industry group dedicated to the early deployment of IP Voice and Multimedia time critical services over broadband cable networks.

Our Mission ...
The philosophy promoted within ETS is one of integrity and professionalism in everything we do. To this end we are continually conducting research into the regulatory requirements, communications services and environments in many regions globally to ensure we are always informed of the latest developments. Especially in those regions where liberalisation and de-monopolisation of the telecommunications infrastructure have most effect.
