European Commission Announce Standardisation System Reform

When engaging with you on a project this will typically involve performing strategic analysis of your current systems & processes against your identified actual business needs. This may ofcourse require us to engage with your Customers to perform a requirements (gap) analysis from their perspective to feedback into your product or service definition.

The scope of most projects to date have covered the full life-cycle, where these have included elements of the following: business requirements and use case definition, technical specification, RFP / tender process documentation (if required), evaluation and selection of technical solutions, programme management (if development required), vendor management in the context of procurement, prototyping, acceptance testing, managing deployment and final client approval.

Through the use of business analysis techniques we have successfully assisted clients (including the European Telecommunications Standards Institute [ETSI]) in the definition of technology specific standardised use cases, business processes, protocols, test cases, automated test scripts for standards conformance and commercial acceptance testing. UML tools utilised have included Microsoft Visio, ROSE and TTCN (Tree and Tabular Combined Notation).

Technologies have included: Wireless / Radio / IP telephony / real-time multimedia Voice-Data-Video over IP, Legacy PSTN/ISDN, ICT infrastructure.

Subject matter has included: Security / QoS / Provisioning / Operational administration / Naming, Numbering and Addressing (associated allocation, management and portability), Virtualisation of existing IT infrastructures, Information and Document Management, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Unified Communications, Data Migration, Security, Infrastructure projects
